I am the owner and operator of Bee & Bloom Cookie Co.

For years, I was the girl scrolling through Instagram watching video after video of other bakers decorating cookies. You know the ones - where they pipe icing onto the cookie and it slowly melts together to form a perfectly even, shiny surface. Satisfying, right? 

But it always seemed like the only way to get your hands on those beautifully decorated cookies was to place a custom order for a birthday or other celebration. And, with any custom order comes a hefty price tag.

My primary goal for Bee & Bloom is to make royal icing decorated sugar cookies accessible to everyone - without having to pay custom prices. And here is how we've done that....

How does that work? I’ll announce a preorder for a specific cookie design, list them in limited quantities, and when they sell out, the shop closes again until the next release. Most releases coincide with major holidays such as Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas, etc.
