Welcome to Bee & Bloom Cookie Co. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and the purchase of our products. By submitting an order inquiry, making a payment, signing an order agreement, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms.

 

General Information​

Bee & Bloom Cookie Co. is a home-based bakery specializing in royal icing decorated cookies. All products are prepared in a home kitchen that may process common allergens, including but not limited to milk, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts.

Orders & Payments​

Orders totaling over $100 require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure the requested date. The deposit must be paid within forty-eight (48) hours of proposal acceptance. The remaining 50% balance is due no later than ten (10) days prior to the scheduled pickup or delivery date.

 

If the remaining balance is not received by the ten (10) day deadline, Bee & Bloom Cookie Co. reserves the right to cancel the order and retain the deposit. Cancellation due to non-payment does not relieve the Client of responsibility for the remaining balance if production has already begun.

 

Orders totaling $100 or less, or orders placed fewer than ten (10) days prior to the scheduled pickup or delivery date, require full payment within forty-eight (48) hours of proposal acceptance. Full payment for these orders is non-refundable.

 

An order is not considered booked, confirmed, or reserved until the required payment has been received. If payment is not received within the stated time frame, Bee & Bloom Cookie Co. reserves the right to release the requested date without further notice.

 

Once payment is received, the order date is reserved and ingredients, supplies, and production time are allocated specifically for the Client.

 

Late Inquiries: Order inquiries submitted fewer than ten (10) days prior to the scheduled pickup or delivery date are considered late inquiries. Late inquiries may be accepted at Bee & Bloom Cookie Co.’s discretion and are not guaranteed. If accepted, full payment is required as outlined above, and a rush fee may apply.

 

Accepted payment methods include credit/debit card, cash, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. Prices are subject to change until the required payment is received.

Cancellations & Refunds

All deposits and payments made toward an order are non-refundable.

 

At the sole discretion of Bee & Bloom Cookie Co., payments may be transferred to a new date if sufficient notice is provided and availability allows. Date transfers are not guaranteed and must be approved in writing.

No refunds or credits will be issued for no-shows, failure to pick up orders at the agreed-upon time, or cancellations made after production has begun.

Pickup & Delivery

Pickup is available at our home location in Lakeville, Minnesota, at a mutually agreed-upon time. Local delivery may be available for an additional fee. Once the order has been picked up or delivered, Bee & Bloom Cookie Co. is no longer responsible for damage, mishandling, environmental exposure, or improper storage.

Shipping

Bee & Bloom Cookie Co. does not offer shipping.

Food Allergies & Safety

Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including but not limited to milk, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this risk. Bee & Bloom Cookie Co. is not liable for allergic reactions.

Custom Designs & Artistic Discretion

Design inspiration images are used as references only. Exact replication of designs, colors, or styles is not guaranteed. Minor variations are normal and do not constitute defects. Bee & Bloom Cookie Co. retains full artistic discretion in execution.

Photography & Marketing

Unless otherwise requested in writing prior to pickup or delivery, Bee & Bloom Cookie Co. reserves the right to photograph completed orders and use images for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes.

Chargebacks & Disputes

By placing an order, you agree not to initiate chargebacks for services rendered in accordance with these Terms. Any concerns must be communicated directly to Bee & Bloom Cookie Co. for resolution.

Limitation of Liability

Bee and Bloom Cookie Co. is not responsible for:

• Dissatisfaction based on personal taste or subjective preferences

• Products damaged after pickup or delivery

• Delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including weather, illness, or emergencies

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Dakota County, Minnesota.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The version in effect on the date payment is received shall govern the order.
