Welcome to Bee & Bloom Cookie Co.! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and purchase of our products. By ordering cookies or using our services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

 

General Information​

Bee & Bloom Cookie Co. is a small bakery business specializing in royal icing decorated cookies. All products are made in my home kitchen, which may process common allergens, including but not limited to nuts, dairy, soy, eggs, and gluten.​

Orders & Payments​

All orders must be placed, at minimum, seven days in advance. Full payment is required to confirm your order. Payments are accepted via credit/debit card, cash, check, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and PayPal. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Cancellations & Refunds

Orders canceled at least seven before the scheduled delivery date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within seven of the scheduled delivery date are non-refundable. Custom orders will require a non-refundable deposit.

Pickup & Delivery

Pickup is available at my home in Lakeville, MN. Local delivery may be available for an additional fee. Once products are picked up or delivered, Bee & Bloom Cookie Co. is not responsible for damage, mishandling, or improper storage.

Shipping

Bee & Bloom Cookie Co. does not offer shipping.

Food Allergies & Safety

Our cookies may contain or come into contact with allergens, including but not limited to nuts, dairy, soy, eggs, and gluten.​ Bee & Bloom Cookie Co. is not liable for allergic reactions.

Custom Designs

We will make every effort to match designs, colors, and styles as requested, but slight variations may occur. Images provided are for reference only.

Intellectual Property

All images, logos, and content on our website/social media belong to Bee & Bloom Cookie Co. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission.

Limitation of Liability

Bee and Bloom Cookie Co. is not responsible for:

• Customer dissatisfaction due to personal taste or design preference.

• Products damaged after pickup or delivery.

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Minnesota. Any disputes will be resolved in Dakota County, Minnesota.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website/social media, and continued use of our services means you accept the new Terms.
